Passkey for bluetooth?

most bluetooth earpiece pass keys are 0000 or 000000. Hold the device power button down until the lights flash two colors, then locate device with the blackberry. Enter either of the two codes and see which works. Normally you can not change the code on the earpiece, but you can on the phones.

My blackberry keeps telling me that 0000 is the wrong passcode for the h700 headset. I've tried doing 9999, 1234, 8888, and almost everything else I can think of.

i belive your blackberry is giving you false info, take it back to your dealer and ask him to help you with it. as far as i know all motos are 0000 or 1234. good luck m.m.

Thank you. I called a 1-800 number for tech support but they told me I had to wait 14 days from the date of purchase before they could help me. Your suggestion was right on the money. Thank you.

Place the unit headset back in pairing mode by holding the call button for 1 to 5 seconds until the light turns purple. Then open the boom. Then try to reconnect .
