Question about Samsung S3600 Cell Phone
Possible errors or virus in the memory card, remove and check on the PC.
Now remove battery for some time and reset , if the phone boots up well reset memory if not the software is corrupt and might need a re installation. Consult Samsung to get details of error and estimate for service to decide on.
