Question about Electrolux 23 in. ESL6114 Built-in Dishwasher
The symptoms you have are that of the flood switch in the dishwasher has been activated.
I am assuming when the power cut happened there must have been some delay after which it came back.
Somehow water has leaked into the base under the heater assembly. You will have to open the base and find the flood switch and dry it. Also need to replace gasket / door seal if leaky.
