You should ensure that the time and date on your iphone is correct then, delete and re-add the account after setting the time. message content will download.

You just need to wait a little bit longer for the rest if the email to load up. This could be caused by slow internet/wifi connection. Refreshing also fixes this, you can find the refresh icon on the bottom-left corner.

Scroll down that message's screen, and there should be a button there to Download the rest of the message.

Help! My cat walked on the right side of my keyboard, and the previews of my email messages are now narrow, with their text now located to the right of the email highlights.

try moving the arrow over towards the edge slowly and see if it changes from a pointer to a double ended arrow
if it does the right click and hold down and move the column border right or left to get a change of column size.
do that for all borders

Print preview does not show full page

Go into the Page Setup for the email program that you are trying to print from and this should allow you to change the print settings.
For example, in Mozilla Thunderbird, if I go into File then Page Setup, on the Format & Options tab I get an option to Shrink to fit page width, plus can change the page orientation (Portrait or Landscape).
On the Margins & Header / Footer tab I get further options I can use to control how big the page margins are and what header and footer information gets printed, i.e. page title, page numbers etc.
Once you've changed the Page Setup values, see what has changed for you on the Print Preview

I need to scan a signed letter and send it through email to someone......put the signed copy into the printer and hit scan which it did but now what............how do I get it to be part of an email?? ...

1 Turn on your computer and printer, and make sure they are connected.
2 Load your original document.
3 Click Start >> All Programs >> Dell Printers >> Dell Photo AIO Printer 964 >> Dell All-In-One Center.
4 Click Preview

You should now see a preview of your scanned document.

Adjust the dotted lines if they are not completely around your document.
There is a 'Send scanned image to:' option -

You can save the document to your desktop.

Now go into your mail program and when in the body of the email, use your programs features to attach the scanned file document to your email (you did not specify the email program you use, so this is just a general mention of attaching the file to your email).

Scan to email

  1. Place the document that is going to be scanned face down on the scanner. Press the "Scan" button that can be located on the scanner. Another way to perform a scan is to click on "Start," then go to "All Programs." Move the mouse pointer up to "Accessories." Go down to "Scanner and Camera Wizard."

  2. Click on "Scanner and Camera Wizard." Click "Next." You will be asked to choose a preference. Choose a preference, then click on "Preview" to preview the document.

  3. Click on "Next" after previewing. Type a picture name and the destination where you want to save it. Click on "Next." The document will start to scan. Click "Finish" to complete the scan.

  4. Go to your email account. Click "Compose" to start a new email. Look for "Attach File" and click on the "Browse" button across from it. The "Choose File" window will open up.

  5. Go to the destination where you saved the scanned document. Choose the name of the scanned document. Click on it to open up the file, then click on "Open."

  6. Add the necessary information in the subject line and the body of the email. Click on "Send" to complete the process. The document will be sent as an attachment file.

Good morning, I am having a problem with my outlook inbox. I have an email that is hangup my inbox & because I have the settings on preview it always opens on this email to make out look unresponsive...

Shrink the preview window to "zero" or change the preference setting to avoid having the preview window open automatically. You may have to be disconnected from the Internet or your local network or server to do this. After you eliminate the preview window you can reconnect to the network and delete the problem email from the list before you reopen the preview window. Do not open the problem email from the or the system may freeze again.
