Question about Philips Magnavox MWR10D6 DVD Recorder
I have unplugged it to reset it. That hasn't worked. Could it be the fuse? If so where is it and how do I check it?
I am having a similar dilemma. A solution would be most appreciated.

I'm having the same problem. The fuse is underneath the top panel which can be easily removed by removing all the small screws on the unit. The fuse is located towards the back of the unit just to the right of the disc casing. It's a small glass tube and is similar looking to a fuse used in christmas lights but this one is much larger. I haven't had the chance to go buy a new fuse but mine doesn't appear to be blown because there is no discoloration on the glass and the rod inside is fully intact but I am hoping it may still be bad. Once I have the chance to get a new I'll reply with any results. Anyway, hope this helps ya, naybe you can get your fixed too!
