Condenser Fan Shuts off after 15-20min, Compressor continues to run but gets hot

Condenser fan motor or motor wiring is bad. That compressor should never run without the fan. Good luck.

Rattling sound when unit is on. Fan barely spins (if at all). Funky dry smell comes from the unit. I need to know if this is the Condenser Motor or Compressor or what? Or all?

Which fan barely spins? Is it the one inside the unit or the one by the compressor. Does the compressor come on? Need some more information

Overheating

Usually that is a sign that there is a blockage to the condenser fan below the cooler. See if the condenser is dirty, or something blocking the flow of hot air from the condenser fan area. Check
the condenser fan motor to insure it is healthy and running strong. Recommend cleaning condenser to allow air to circulate the area freely. If fan is slow, stopping or not running I recommend replacing the fan motor. Sea Breeze

MT45 0705I02 R12 not cooling, motor in bottom not working as well.

I had the exact same problem. The condenser fan in the bottom should run all the time. The entire condenser unit (compressor, coils and fan) sit on a metal tray that may be rusted to the bottom of the unit so a few taps from a hammer from the back may be needed to slide it forward. Once you can get to the fan, check the wiring. On mine the spade plug had rusted away. Follow the wires from the fan to a small box on the side of the compressor. Make sure the fan wires are securely connected to the terminal block. There are two male spade connectors that provide constant 120v. They point up. Make sure there is power and the fan motor is connected.

I have a Beverage Air model MT 27. Coils have been cleaned and recharged with freon. Cooler will not cool below 50 degrees?

You'll need to check the back-pressure on the low-side of the system, you have a faulty compressor. If there is a condenser fan motor make sure it is running when the compressor is on.

We have a Coldtech Beverage Cooler that doesn't seem to be keeping the drinks as cold as it did? Possible problem?

Dirty condenser coils will compromise cooling. Do a good hoovering around the coils and make sure the condenser fan motor air flow is not restricted.

Where can I get a wiring diagram for an under-counter Beverage-Air cooler. The condenser runs then stops after a few seconds. Figuring a bad relay? The power runs but the condenser kicks off immediately...

If it's the condenser fan you are talking about you will not need a wiring diagram. The fan should be wired to the compressor and the thermostat. the thermostat is the relay to start the fans and compressor. I will continue to look for a wiring diagram. When the fan wears out they will stop causing the cooler to overheat. I think replacing the fan would be what you need. I believe that Beverage Air used the Copeland compressor with the condenser fan mounted on the one end of the the same slide in compressor. Check your voltage on the 2 wires going to the fan. When compressor is on the fan should also be running. I just have the feeling that condenser fan is defective.

I have Marvel 6bar beverage refrigerator that suddenly stopped cooling- any suggestions on how to fix- I am trying to avoid paying a couple hundred dollars for repair thank you for your time

If light work but not running at all, then change the temp control (thermostat). If compressor and condenser fan motor are running but not cooling, then you have sealed system problem
