My 2007 mercedes benz R350 battery drains everyday. Tried replacing the battery yet still the same problem. Please help

Its a big black box usually located in front of the engine either laft or right side. It has two terminals at the top.

The U0101 means "Lost Communication with TCM"

Should be under the hood of your car in the front.

Under the passenger front seat

if your car is left hand drive battery under the front passenger seat, if your car is right hand drive battery is under the driver seat is this information helped you?

The foil where the bulb socket connects goes bad. They make a retrofit socket replacement solution. You will have to tap into the #6 wire (labeled on socket) for the drivers side and the #1 wire for the passenger side. Mercedes has a bulletin on this but refused to recall as of 2/1/2011. The parts at Mercedes are about $23.00 each side. Easy fix.

hi there are 2 on this vehicle, the main battery is under the passenger seat, and you have an auxiliary battery in the passenger foot well area, hope this helps please vote thanks

You should be able to do this easilly on your own.

The answer is in the owners manual. If you don't have one the service department at the local Mercedes Dealer will probably show you for free...it only take a moment to do.

I just took my car to the dealer this morning. They changed the bulbs for free and it is working fine! take your car to the dealer unless it is out of warranty?
