Question about Microsoft Windows XP Professional With Servise Pack 2 (e8503040) for PC
AS soon as the computer turns on, I Get a blue screen asking for the administrator passward. I can't get into any other screen. If I try to enter too many different passwards, the computer turns itself off. Help
Well, if this is your computer you purchased, ie: HP, Compaq, Gateway, etc. then more than likely the password is simple.... nothing. Not the word nothing, but a blank entry. Try that. IF not, then you could always press F8 while the computer powers on and then you can try to start the computer up into Safe Mode. and at the login screen there it may work. With the user name 'Administrator' and a blank password. If not, there are ways to remove Windows passwords.

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
