I have hp laserjet cp5525 when i switch on printer it display 50.20.00 fuser error

Low fuser temperature and fuser warm-up failure
Items 1 and 2 you should be able to do.
If printer is still under warranty...use it. Call HP.

1.
Remove and then reseat the fuser. Make sure there is no residual paper in the fuser. Make sure the
device is not located in front of a vent or window where cool air may interfere with the ability of
the fuser to heat up.
2.
Check the product power source. Make sure the power source meets product requirements. Make
sure this is the only device using the circuit.
3.
Replace the fuser.
5.
If the error persists, replace the low-voltage power supply.
6.
If this product has been previously serviced, check the connector (J131) on the DC controller PCA
and the connectors (J109 and J110) on the power line between the low-voltage power supply
assembly and the fuser.

Hi, i have cp2025 printer and it giving an error 58.04 could you please help thanks

Hi,

Solution or Workaround:
NOTE: Replace the low voltage power supply before replacing the fuser or fuser power supply.

A firmware upgrade is available on www.hp.com that will solve this issue.

If the error will not clear after the firmware upgrade, replace the low voltage power supply.

If the error continues, replace the fuser power supply.

If the error still continues, replace the fuser.

Cause:

Low voltage power supply malfunction.

I hope this information helps

Error message of: 50.2 Fuser error

Fuser isn't heating up to the correct temperature.
Power off and let the fuser cool off. Remove it and reseat it.
If error still there replace the fuser.
If that doesn't fix the problem, replace the low voltage power supply(LVPS)

I have the hpcolorlaserjet 9500n shows error code 50.6, how to solve

50.6 error is an open fuser heating circuit
between the fuser and low-voltage power supply.
Problem could be the fuser, the low voltage power supply
or the DC Controller.
The 1st thing to do is replace the fuser. If you have another one.
You should really call a printer tech to look at it.

Error 58.04

This is from the service manual and should help you determine if you need to call in for service. If is in warranty I would anyways since the fuser would be covered if at fault.

58.04 ERROR To continue turn off then on. The low-voltage power supply has experienced an error.
1. Reinstall the fuser. Check the connector
(J1901) between the fuser and product.
Replace the cable or fixing unit if the
connector is damaged.
2. Reconnect the connectors of the fuser
control PCA (J303, J305) and the DC
controller PCA (J107).
3. Replace the fuser. See Fuser
on page 191.

HP 8150DN I got 50.1 Error message so I replace low voltage power supply and know I get 51.1 error message now

Yes, 50.1 refers to the fuser, and that is very easily replaceable. (no tools) However, in the 8100, you have a 75% chance that it is indeed the low volt power supply. The low volt power supply powers the fuser.

As a service approach, I always replace the fuser first because it is so easy to do and we always have them in stock.

If that does NOT clear the error, then we KNOW it is the low volt power supply. That is a very straightforward repair.

Hp laserjet 2840 all in one gives FUSER ERROR

For any fuser error, the first thing that should be done is replacing the fuser. If the error still shows up after wards, it could be the LVPS (Low voltage power supply) or a board.

Fuser error 50.2

1) First thing is check power source. If you have the printer plugged into a UPS (uninterruptilbe power source) unplug it and plug it directly into the wall. If it is plugged into the wall you might want to try a different outlet to see if it solves the problem.
2) Remove and reinstall the fuser. It may not have seated properly.
#) Make sure you installed the correct fuser. Should be RM1-1082. There should be a sticker on the fuser with this number. See the following article for more info. http://www.partsnow.com/service_today/0705.asp

If you still have the old fuser check also that it is a RM1-1082. If not you may have a euro version machine which would require a different fuser.

If the fusers match up you should check the voltage coming to the fuser if possible. If there is 100- 127 volts where the fuser plugs in you probably got a bad fuser or it was damaged in transit. If there is low voltage or no voltage you may have a board problem. Probably DC controller or Power Supply.
