You have either bad T-CON board (part of the LCD panel, new panel will be needed), or bad power (due to bad caps) to the T-CON. I would inpsect the inside first.

My passenger window will not roll down when cold but i the rest of my windows do roll down

Does it roll down when warm. If yes then you might have a faulty up down switch. If the window has stopped rolling down all the time it could be the switch or the window motor.

I have a 2005FPW monitor that is rolling vertically. It first started rolling when cold but cleared after warm-up. Now it rolls all the time. Can it be fixed?

1. you have a power supply issue. Possibly a regulator in the power up circuit and it has a weak component such as a capacitor and or a diode that is defective.
2, You will need a repair tech to look at the main board to determine which components need replacement.
I hope this helps. Have a great day!

Magnavox picture has started rolling.

You have a failing eeprom. The location on the board is IC002. The correct eeprom depends which microprocessor [IC001] and stereo decoder [IC1001] is used in your TV board. When removing old eeprom , insert a eight pin socket and solder into place. Now you may insert the new eeprom. This will be handy the next time you need to replace this IC the next time!

89 toyota sr5 v6 4x4 automatic will not shift into O/D. Thebutton for O/D clicks and dash light comes on but it is not doing shifting.

still working on my identical problem with 1983 toyota truck, started not shifting into odints OD switch lite is on. Figured out thermostat sometimes is the problem as the engine isnt warming up enuff. changed (bad frozen) thermo and hose, no change.

Then figured viscious clutch was frozen. Found fan rotated a blade or two when cold, but was not freewheeling or easy. Started truck cold, and noted lot of air movement from fan which seemed more when revved up. couldnt stall fan with rolled up newspaper. after warming up for less than 5 minutes, noted change in engine speed, and much less air movement from fan. Now could stall fan with rolled up newspaper. However, fan was now easy to move by hand, and easily rotated about half way.

Now suspecting one of the solinoids, and trying to dope that out....hope this helps

My heater works fine when its a little cold, when its freezing outside it heats for a couple of airs then it would come on and off fine but with cold air blowing.i looked at the codes it blinks 6 times...

do not adjust your gas pressure without an manometer or if you dont know what you are doing could be very dangerous. Roll out switches are manual reset if you have an open roll out on a Goodman furnace you probably have a cracked heatexchanger, get a qualified technician out there asap

Picture is Rolling..stops after some warm-up

I have seen this many times. There is a 9 volt regulator on the small signal board that causes this. The regulator goes bad and the 9 volts starts dropping, especially at start-up when the regulator is cold. If the voltage is below 8 volts then the picture gets dark and the vertical becomes unstable, with the picture squeezing down and/or rolling. As the regulator warms up the voltage starts rising back towards 9 volts and the symptoms start clearing up. There are 3 regulators in a row on the board and the regulator in the middle is always the bad one. Replacing that regulator should cure your problems but it should be replaced by someone experienced in servicing Mitsubishi projection TV's because pulling the chassis out is quite tricky.
