Question about Computers & Internet
I had to install a new hardrive, mine crashed, and when i reconnected to the internet my favorites are missing.
All PCs/servers must be backed up.
Without a backup , you must always start from scratch to re-install everything.
If you cannot afford backup , hard disk recovery charges are even higher (more expensive).
It is still cheaper to backup and be ready for emergencies.
If you do not backup regularly , you run this risk.
Even then , you must also regularly test recovery to ensure backup is sound.

Your "Favorites" were on your old harddrive and unless you backed them up prior to the crash, you won't be able to retrieve them.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
