I am guessing here that the tub/shower is 5' x 5',, your 6060, and the 6054 is 5'x 4'6", which doesn't make a lot of sense, but, Does it have a square base or triangle? And you want to build the walls for it? I'm curious.

The tub, is it full height? And it needs a base? Usually supported at the edges only, the front will sit on the floor and the back and sides supported by battens. Or some come with clips that hold it up and the panel against the wall seat into the edge. Some of those tubs need to be set in mortar for support of the floor, I would wait till I had the thing in front of me before doing anything. I have set a lot of tubs, and have never seen one go in perfectly, always have to do something. I don't have a set of plans for one, but we just did one the other day and it was like that. Had to take it out and put it back in about 5 times, before everything was right. I know the floor and the walls had to be perfectly level and plumb.

Spa bulges in one area what cause this and can it be fixed

Is this a Fiberglass or Acrylic Spa?
Or are you referring to a portable toy spa that is inflatable?

If the former, your shell surface is delaminating, from the rigid FiberGlass that was sprayed onto the acrylic or fiberglass shell to ridgidize it. What usually happens is "Air" is not completely removed during that spray process and over time, the acrylic will bubble due to the heat in the spa as the air expands. That Acrylic is barely paper thin when stretched out into the mold you sit in. An 8x8 sheet of acrylic is only 1/4" thick, then it is heated and placed over a tub "Mold" and then Vacuumed into what is your tubs shape that you enter into. You can imagine how thin it gets. When it goes through the ridgidizing process, All of the Air needs to be removed, sometimes it is not, and over the years it becomes evident that it wasn't.
What can you do? Well, besides that it is not very pleasing to look at, there is no problem or danger of any leaks, not yet anyway? You can break the bubbles out and find a supplier that sells acrylic repair kits in the color of your spa. You can google with the proper search terms & eventually find a kit. Maybe something like the link below shows...
Large Granite Spa Hot Tub Acrylic Repair Kit

If the latter, Sorry I don't know....

Crescent rod installation into a acrylic walled shower/tub unit. instructions say differant hardware needed but not included, consult contractor or hardware store for installation.

You will need to seal any holes made in your acrylic walls inside your bath unit. When installing the brackets to the wall, try using a piece of rubber (pre-cut for a custom look) between the acrylic wall and the bracket mounting hardware. Be sure to seal everything with a clear latex caulk that is designed to resist mold.

The cold water won't turn off on our Bathtub

Sounds like you have a faucet that has a stop that is on the handle and it has broke. Remove the handle and turn the stem on its own. If you end up having to replace the stem, you will need to turn the water off to the faucet and if it is in the tub, you will need to turn the water off to the house. Hopefully this helps you.

Difference between acrylic and fiberglass

Acrylic is a solid sheet material that is heated and vacuum formed to the desired shape. It is then reinforced at the back with fiberglass to give it strength. It is a higher-end material, very durable and super easy to clean. Fiberglass is a material that adheres to a mold and then a gelcoat finish is sprayed onto it. The most common material used in tubs and showers and is the most economical. Cast iron tubs are forged and the finish is applied in powder form while the tub is hot causing the finish to melt onto the cast iron. Synthetic tubs are molded and then a gelcoat finish is applied like the fiberglass tubs.
