1. Turn off the printer. 2. Hold down the shift and LF buttons at the same time and turn the printer back on 3. Release the buttons 4. The printer should be reset to factory defaults now
Try removing and then reinstalling. If this happens since you changed the drum and toner, then the issue would be with the defective replacement. Way to test is to reinsert the old drum and toner and if this does not happen, then you know the issue is with the new supplies
The error issue your printer is facing means "Fuser STS Front Disconnection fail" First try to reset the printer by powering off and then on. If the problem still persists then you need to detect fuser or fuser assembly which is required to be replaced.
