That is not the model number. A Kitchenaid model number will start with a K, followed by a few letter, then numbers, more letters and end with two numbers. Here's an example, KSRA22FKSS00. Once you find the correct model number, there are a number of sites you can use to find parts breakdown. Good Luck

For the KSCS25INMS03, there are set screw on the top and bottom of the handle for the freezer. The screws are visible from the side of the handle facing the refrigerator section of the side-by-side design. See the freezer door parts diagram for your model. Open the refrigerator door and look for a LABEL . they have never made one that did not have it someplace .without a model ,NO ONE can assist you except perhaps a repairman that comes to your home

Open the drawer or bottom cover panel and look on the facing where the door closes to
