Starting with it turned off, press and hold the Multi-Function Button for some 8 seconds, until the indicator light is steadily lit in blue, thus indicating it is in pairing mode. Only then, make the device you want to pair your headset to search for new devices. After a while, the WEP200 should appear on-screen. Select it and make it connect. If a pairing code (or PIN, or passkey) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros). If the pairing process is successful, your headset will enter the stand-by mode. There might be an indication on the other device that it is connected to a bluetooth headset too. Once they are paired to each other, all subsequent connections between them should be achieved simply by bringing they both within each other's range (with their bluetooth radios turned off, of course).
By the way, if your headseet's user guide happens to be missing, feel free to download it from this location.

Oops, only after reading my own post, the last part is quite the contrary, of course: "...within each other's range (with their bluetooth radios turned ON, of course).

My blackberry bold 990 cannot discover my samsung wep200 bluetooth headset, both are on and working but whether I try and "discover" or "listen" for the bluetooth, the blackberry never finds it. Help.

Is this Blackberry a corporate Blackberry, there may be some corporate policy blocking bluetooth connection. Check with your company IT support.

Are you able to discover and connect to other Bluetooth devices?

To put the WEP200 into pairing mode, the user must ensure the headset is off then press and hold the multi-function button for eight seconds, or until the LED glows a steady blue. Samsung uses the standard "0000" as the pairing code for the device.

Hope this helps

I got my samsung wep200 and I am unable to connect

You must put your headset in pairing mode, prior to making your PS3 search for new devices. To do it, start with your headset turned off. Then, press and hold the MFB (Multi-Function Buttons) for some 8 seconds, until the indicator light is steadily lit in blue. Now, make your PS3 search for new devices. After a little while the WEP200 should show on-screen. Select it and make it connect. If a pairing code (or PIN, or passkey) is requested, enter '0000' (four zeros).
By the way, if your headset's user guide happens to be missing, feel free to download it from this location (if this link fails, please, let me know. I will upload it to some file sharing server for you).
Hope you are able to sort your problems out soon.

Pairing Motorola H700 bluetooth with MotorolaW490 phone can't find device says put into pairing mode

Hi,

First you have to enable the Bluetooth to scanning mode,
To do this, press and hold the power button continously for 10 seconds, you may have a stable LED, this shows that its in discoverable mode,

Now perform scanning and you may get your device and you can pair using 0000 and make it work
