Probably, a problem with the IP addresses. A conflict between the two computers. Try to connect to the internet with only one computer turned on. Let the other one turned off. Find out the IP address with the command ipconfig. You may have to renew it (ipconfig /renew).
Then, go to the router config: See the manual of your router. You may have to reserve the 2 IP addresses in your router configuration.
