Question about Computers & Internet
Do you have the original disks that it came with? If so, follow the restore procedure that came with them, but be sure to back up any important files on to a flash drive or something. If you don't have them, you can use a new copy of windows and reformat / reinstall everything. Just be sure to backup your files as you will be deleting everything off of the hard drive.
