How do I know when to use the fuser wiper cavity cover or the oil fuser wiper or the wax fuser wiper on my Lexmark T642?

The T642 is a monochrome printer and as such does not have an Oil wiper. The only wiper that should be needed with this printer is the hard plastic one that ships with the printer. These wipers are permanent and are only replaced when you install a new fuser. Oil wipers are usually only used with color laser printers.

How do you refill fuser oil on a aficio CL7000? and where do i find it to replace it?

It is a fuser oil cartridge. When you replace it the counter gets reset automatically. It is located on top of the fuser unit. This is the part that gets hot and is located right where the paper exits the printer. It is accessed from the left side upper doors. Here is a link to a site that sells the unit as well as all the parts and supplies for your printer. The top picture on this link is the fuser oil cartridge so you can see what it looks like which will assist you in locating the unit in your printer.
Installation instructions are included in the box with the new oil cartridge.

Where to put fuser oil in a xerox 5624 copier

I don't believe this machine uses Fuser oil. I bet it was picked up from a sight that had other machines and the oil was just put inside the machine as it was being wheeled away.

fuser oil is a necessity in ricoh machine, it is entirely different consumable than toner (cyan) you dont need to repair the unit only to add oil or fuser oil, pls contact your supplier to buy one and install asap

Flashing red button with a triangle and ! in it . printer won't work

If only the attention light is flashing then follow the guide below -

The Attention (amber)
light is blinking.
Attention error. The top
cover is open.
Close the top cover.
Attention error. The
printer is out of media.
Load media.
Attention error. The
printer has a jam.
1. Clear the jam (see pages 164 through 168).
2. If the location of the jam is not apparent, check
the embedded Web server to find the jam
location.
If the jam was under the imaging drum, toggle
the registration sensor to check its movement
and replace the registration sensor if it does not
move freely.
If the jam was in the fuser area, toggle the fuser
exit sensor to check its movement and replace
the fuser exit sensor if it does not move freely.

Resetting the fuser oil message

Well, all you need to do is fill the tank on the back right of the machine. The oil pump has to pump it up to the sensor in the fuser. It will eventually go out, or you will get an SC570 code.

Reporting my inactive printer

To clear this error: Power the printer off and let it stand for at least 30 minutes to allow the fuser to cool. Remove the coating roller from the top of the fuser unit to reveal the orange fuser rollers underneath. Check to see if any paper/transparency has become wrapped around the fuser rollers or jammed in or above the fuser unit itself. Since some paper jams can be very difficult to see with the fuser installed, remove the fuser and check for paper/transparency jams under the unit as well. A jam in that area can cause 993 errors. If there is no media jam and the error remains after the printer is restarted, try replacing the Oil Coating Roller (OCR). The OCR comes with the black toner cartridge. (It can also be purchased separately. Click here to do so.) If the error remains after the OCR has been replaced. If that does not help I would highly recommend taking it back to the place you bought it from
