Your question is somewhat confusing as to the model. There is no Nashua SC550 as that seems to be the service code you have an issue with. There is a model 1013F but there is no SC550 code for that machine. That being said I will tell you what an SC550 code means on most all Ricoh, Gestetner,Nashuatec machines. The SC550 means your fuser oil/cleaning web life is over. The solution for this is to replace the web and then reset the counter which requires entry into the service mode. Both of these are going to require a service technician to complete.
Good Luck and Thank You for using Fixya.
[Phenomenon] Error code E075 [Cause] Because of the factors listed below, some problems may occur in the controls to prevent the transfer belt shifting to one side due to malfunctions of the swing motor assembly and in such a case error code E075 gets displayed. 1) Sliding fault of the part A in the Fig.1 2) Deformation of the sheet metal of the swing motor assembly [Factory measures] 1) The resinous material has been added, as shown in the Fig. 2, to improve sliding. 2) The reinforcing sheet metal has been added, as shown in the Fig. 2, to prevent deformation of the sheet metal of the swing motor assembly.
When the error code E075 gets displayed, run checks as described in the Service Bulletin CLC1000-005 (CAUSE OF PROBLEMS BROUGHT ABOUT BY ERRORS OF THE TRANSFER BELT MECHANISM). If the error code E075 still gets displayed even after running the checks, replace the old swing motor assembly with the new type by, following the instructions on removing the transfer belt swing motor assembly described on page 4-50 of the Service Manual.

Hi, If the printer has all lights on solid. It usually means a 900 Error. There will be secondary and sometimes tertiary errors codes in form of light patterns by pressing the continue button twice. If that is the case then you probably need to replace the main controller board. If you could provide me with the secondary and tertiary light patterns I will be more than happy to tell you what the exact error is and where may the problem be.

Did you try a different out let? Also, when it turn "ON" & "OFF" did you see a Error code on the display sceen on the control pannel...? It could be a few different problems. We need a little more info on the error code it displays....
Does it show error code? Also does it ever get out of the wait state? The "bar" at the bottom? Also, does it ever go in to the regular display sceen? If the display turns black, do you see a code or numbers like "602-001" ? Need some more info then just turns on and then off
I do not recognize either of these codes (187 or 387) as part of the Aficio 2015 error list.
If the code is displayed on the screen, physically TURN OFF the copier with the main switch (red switch), wait 10 seconds and turn it back on. If it's an erroneous error, this should reset the error code. NOTE: THE ERROR CODE MUST BE DISPLAYED FOR THIS TO WORK.
It means Bypass Lifting Motion Failure, check pick-up solenoid and lift up sensor. Reboot machine holding down utility button, then do trouble reset, if nessesary reboot again. If this error occurs again, you have to call for service
