The fault can be related to faulty drain pump or timer control board. As you mentioned in your question that pump is clear then this problem is related to timer control. If the washing machine is filling properly and doing the wash cycle then not going to spin cycle check the door switch and door. The spin cycle will not start if door switch is weak or faulty. If door switch is checked ok then its timer related problem.Remove the timer control out and check its connection to the main control board.Wiggle the connections a bit then reconnect and check. If still the same problem then its timer. You can get required parts from sears part direct site.

Thanks. Keep updated for any more query. You can rate this solution and show your appreciation

My washing machine top loader once reaches the spin cycle, with 21minutes time remaining, it goes back to rinse and repeats the cycle. What is the problem of my washer and how do I fix it? Thanks

If the washing is not distributed evenly by the time it reaches the rinse/spin cycle, it goes back to rinse cycle. Be present at the machine when it reaches the spin cycle. observe the drum to see if it is of balance and swaying to the sides, if so distribute washing evenly. Usually happens if there is a big garment or more with smaller items,

My frigidaire fron loader will not spin during wash cycle but will spin when placed on spin

If the drain pump is working correctly and you can get it to spin manually, then the board is faulty. Had the exact same problem with an Lg front loader 40 min. ago.(have to replace the board.)

Can't get rid of E1 error on a Samsung front loader washing mach.

E1 : washing machine has exceeded a check time for fill, heat or empty.

Common causes for this are fill and empty problems, heater fault (or the wiring
to it broken), water pump open circuit (although that would stop the water draining too) Pressure chamber blocked or pressure tubing pipe looped below the pressure bottle, or a sticking eco ball in the sump hose (sludge and grease build up)

This error code is generic and vey common.Since you have tried the remedies.Try getting checked the internal wiring damage by professionals.I hope certainly hope the problem lies there.
