Water is going into the dual valve but is not going any further. Could it be power problem or the valve or something else. When we press the lever on the door to the water, the light comes on but no noise or anything else.

verify that when you push in the paddle for the water in the door that you have 120 volts to the selenoid on the water valve, it will be the one that has the largest line coming out of the bottom of the valve
