I need to transfer data from my OZ-590A to my computer, but I've lost the cable. How can I get one?
Problem for Sharp Wizard OZ-590A
Faulty Sreen
About a week ago the screen began to have blank lines going down from top to bottom. Problem has gotten progressively worse to the point it looks like a plad shirt and screen is totally unreadable. Unit has not been dropped our sat on and have replaced battery and tried reset button. Unit is about two years old. Got no help from Sharp. Any answers or has anyone else had the same problem?

- This just started to happen to mine as well. I hope this doesn't mean the end of the unit. I really like this unit. If it is, does anyone know of a way to pass data from one to another?Thank.s

- I turned my and the LCD screen is full of black horizontal thick and thin lines. I changed the battery,did reset and the lines remain. I've have this product for a little over a year. Can someone help resolve?- GuestJul 02, 2008
