go to your settings and check tv resolution,tv display and tv ratio

the resolution from the source is set too high, also check the settings in your television it may be set too high.

Look for a "Zoom" or "Aspect" button on your remote. Press that untill the picture fits your screen properly.

If you are tuning from cable or satellite you need to change the settings in the picture menu look for options like "stretch" "autofit" etc. cycle through until desired picture is displayed, turn off widescreen setting if you can find it check the manual for options regarding this. If you have it attached to a computer you will need to change the resolution to something smaller like 1366X768 which is the standard 720p resolution for the smaller tv's If there is still a problem it may be

Try changing the "aspect raio" or "view mode" for the TV. It seems like you are in a panoramic mode

Try locating the aspect ratio adjustment on your cable box if you have one.

Download the service manual and you'll find that there's a service mode that allows you to adjust convergence. Also, there's some adjustment knobs behind the right front speaker assembly
