you can reset your handset by dialling the no *#7370#..,please take the back up of your handset before doing that because it will delete all your data..than try if it doesnot work than you have to get your handset flashed from your handset dealer. hope this helps.
Thanks for visiting FixYa! You need a master unlock code which can only be obtained from your cellular service provider's customer support Dept. After they verify that you own the phone, they'll give you the code to unlock it. Simply enter the code on your phone's keypad. We can't provide security codes for cell phones as we cannot verify the ownership of your mobile phone.
I FORGET MY TRAKER CODE & SECURITY CODE OF SAMSUNG SGH-J-600 ALSO MY NIECE BREAK MY OLD SIM WHEN I INSERT MY NEW SIM TO MOBILE & OPEN TRAKING SECURITY IT WANT A CODE BUT I FORGET SO PLS TELL ME HOW TO RESET IT THNX
hello there....well its quite simple...there is nothing wrong with your phone ...its your SIM... if it is asking for a PUK (Personal Unblocking Key) code...call your subscriber and ask them for PUK code, entering this code will reset your sim
if u keep entering wrong your sim will be damaged so call them
If the error message is saying sim damaged call them and ask for a "sim replacement" you will get a new sim while you will retain the same number ,however you will lose the phone numbers and other data stored in sim, this can be free but it depends on the company and how 'customer friendly they are
Basically first do a Full Reset (this is deletes Everything saved on the phone; But this is isnt the firmware so its safe) Then insert whatever SIM card you want and type in NETWORK (*#9998*638)... your phone will freeze for a sec (this is normal) and the restart... youll get a message saying "Please Wait..." and then you phone is working
NOTE: The NETWORK (*#9998*638#) code has to be typed in every time you start the phone
MY o2 j600 (J600AYGF1) was "Phone Locked, Return to service" and then i used this code and it was fine... My j600 is now back to normal by typing #0111*RANDOMCODE# and the incorrect password message came up and tyhen worked !!!!!!!!BUT PLEASE DONT DO THIS COZ IT WAS LUCKY!!!!!!!!
