Question about Microsoft Xbox 360 Console
Hi, your xbox is over heating and will get the red lights check if you have any warranty left as this is covered for 3 years by microsoft so check the date on the back you dont need a receipt to exchange it just go to xbox official web site and fill your details in
if you have got no warranty left then you have a couple of options, you can carry on playing it until you get the rrod or you can get it repaired now, the best option would be to get it repaired now, its not the kind of job you want to do yourself as getting it wrong can make it a lot worse.
i charge around 25 pound to do the x clamp fix so shop around and see what prices you can get as it needs doing sooner than later, but you need to be aware that even getting the clamps sorted might not solve the problem it all depends on how much its over heated if its to bad then it could mean the cpu or gpu chip is beyond repair and if this is the case then your better off getting another xbox, how ever you wont know this until the repair has been tried.
let me know if you need further assistance ok
plz rate this solution as i have a whole page of unrated posts, thanks
