Actually you can adjust the catches that are part of the door by loosening them enough to slide them towards the OUTSIDE of the door....then tighten them back up.

You have a sensor problem. Either it's not lined up right or one or both sides is bad.
Check for the lights on each side of door at the garage floor. One is most likely out. Make sure they are pointing at each other.
If it looks straight, then you have to get a new ones to fix your problem.
I had to do this on mine just a month ago. I found them on ebay - $24.

check the catch where the door clips into. It might be loose. If so tighten the two phillips screws, then try to close the door.
