Question about Car Audio & Video
You may be required to remove the radio from the dash in order to obtain the serial number on the radio... but maybe not...
Call the dealership and ask to speek with someone about your radio code...
To nip problems like this in the bud... there is a small device you can purchass for a few doillars that you plug into the cig. lighter socket to keep electronics like radios from having to be reset when servicing the battery... maybe chack into one of those for next time?
