Question about TruTech PVS12701 Portable DVD Player

No sound on headfones , RCA out no sound , Speaker no sound . There is a hiss but no content at All .

Looks like Target handles all the reapair on these devices, you should contact them.

I didn't find a website on Google for them but plenty of references about Target. It must be their brand name for electronics.

Hissing from computer speakers and they are new

A hissing sound indicates the speaker amplifier has no input from the computer sound card, check to make sure the speakers are hooked up to the correct port for audio out to the speaker input, the Audio output to the speaker is the GREEN mini RCA jack on the back of the computer.

this types of problem come from the sound section of the laptop motherboard. your laptop contains sterio sound system. problem is one channel of the sound circuit faulty. but it is too dificult to repare it.
u can do one think, u can stop one channel sound by using sound balancing option from the task bar volume control option.
also u can contact with Acer service centre.

ok all the sound card comes with a software , n every software by default is assigned to speaker mode , open the audio software n then re plug the headfone it will show multiple uption such as line in , headfone,speaker etc ,, select the head fone option n apply the changes ,, it should work !!!

Sound speakers not workin but headfones workin


plz check the speaker with other computer if the speaker is ok then the problem is with your sound card.

I need the volume louder!


try another set of headphones, well, not on the player, if its on the max then its maxed out. but basically if you connect it to speaker you can turn the speakers volume up even more.

might be bad headfones?

Hissing sound at low volume


have you tried to replace your rca cables? sometimes these tend to wearout at the connection point from being pulled off from products they might have been plugged into.also check all your wires for any fraid areas where wire might have been crincked under such items as sofa foot pegs and such. hope this helps

Speaker hiss with TV only


Hissing sound caused by input section RCA cables defected grounding maybe loosed or the RCA cables are defected already replaced it with new RCA cables so hissing sound is gone.

Static kinda sound


hi sounds like a earthing problem in the reciver or problem in the speakers try rotaiting the speakers back to front front to back left to right ETC.. good luck
