Question about Sharp AR-M205 Copier

White copy,I change completed ,drum unit ,developer unit power supply with dc voltage board, ck flat cables from copy lamp unit to master control board (mcu) but I don't have code in the copy machine.

I do not know this model of photocopier but from the basic theory of how laser printing works the high voltage of 525v puts an electrostatic charge on the developer. If the electro static charge voltage is lower than expected the toner may not be attracted onto the developer. I suggest the high voltage power supply as a possible failure point or the electrolytic capacitors in the high power supply board
but
BE CAREFUL as high voltage = Demise of life if electrocuted
may need a qualified service technician to check it

Sir/Mam,

C0F24 Code is the code for the sensor that monitors the drum. I would remove the drum cartridge two black screws pull out the drum assy. Remove the drum be careful do not nick or harm the drum the sensor is located on the left side of the to the rear of the of the drum looks like to little eye of a bug. Dust with a brush NO VACUUM static could destroy it. Re-install drum and re-install cartridge. When the last time a PM was done Developer replaced and Drum replaced?

E064-0000 Description The presence of a high-voltage error is communicated by the composite power supply PCB (The output for primary charging, developing, or transfer has deviated from a specific level of voltage) Causes The contact has poor connection. The wiring is faulty. The composite power supply PCB is faulty. The DC controller PCB is faulty. proce Remedy 1. Contact Is any of the contacts of the primary charging roller, developing assembly, or transfer charging roller soiled? Or, is there poor contact? YES: Clean the contact, and set it once again. 2. Wiring Is the wiring between the contacts for the following normal: DC controller PCB (J301), composite power supply PCB (J136), primary charging roller, developing assembly, transfer charging roller? a. DC controller PCB (J301) <-> composite power supply PCB (J136) b. composite power supply PCB (J130-7) <-> primary charging roller contact c. composite power supply PCB (J130-1) <-> developing assembly contact d. composite power supply PCB (FT133) <-> transfer roller contact NO: Correct the connection. 3. Symptom

E064 is indicated on the control panel. The error description is: The presence of a high voltage error is communicated by the composite power supply. The output for primary charging, developing, or transfer has deviated from a specific level of voltage.

Cause
* Adjustments in Service Mode are Incorrect
* Transport Assembly is Not Engaging Properly
* Dirty HVT Contacts for Developing Assembly and Charging Rollers
* A Paper Clip on HVT Contacts or Developing Assembly
* Faulty Transfer Roller
* Faulty Static Charge Eliminator
* Defective Composite Power Supply
* Defective DC Controller PCB Assembly

Action

1. Check the values in Service Mode and make sure they correspond to the Service
Label. If the copier receives a spike or surge through the 240V line these values can change (can also give you blank copies). Take particular note of the Dev Bias
setting. [COPIER > ADJUST > DEVELOP > DE-DC]
2. Make sure the Transport Assembly is engaging properly. The Transfer Roller should
make good contact with the drum. Check condition of screw (XB6-7501-007) and
Pressure Plates (FB5-4816-000 & FB5-4817-000) for the Transport Assembly.
3. Clean HVT contacts for Primary/ Transfer Charging Rollers and Developing
Assembly. Inspect for any paper clips.
4. Replace the Transfer Roller (FF6-0104-000).
5. Replace the Static Charge Eliminator (FF5-7246-000).
6. Replace Composite Power Supply followed by DC Controller PCB Assembly

Fusing Heater Lamp (H1) turns
ON.

Step 2
Check:
Fusing Heater Lamp (H1) is open-circuited.
<Check Procedure>
Check the resistance across both
ends of the Fusing Heater Lamp
(H1).
The Fusing Heater Lamp is open-circuited
if the resistance is infinity.

Result: YES
Action: Change Fusing Heater Lamp (H1).

Step 3
Check: Thermoswitch 1 (TS1) is operational.
<Check Procedure>
Check the resistance across both
ends of the Thermoswitch 1 (TS1).
The Thermoswitch 1 is open-circuited
if the resistance is infinity.

My laptop screen is bright. Brightness control works but no picture. The picture is ok on external monitor. Sometimes a faint and incomplete picture appears on startup but disappears after a few seconds....


This might be a sign of a faulty LCD cable or screen inverter board.
The LCD cable transfers data signal from the motherboard & video card to the LCD screen. It also supplies high voltage DC power to the screen inverter board. The screen inverter board works as a power supply for the backlight lamp mounted inside the LCD screen. It converts low voltage DC power to high voltage AC power needed for the backlight lamp.

Optoma ep739 won't power up


The lamp cover has a disconnect that won't allow power while the cover is off. Sometimes the piece of metal gets bent out of place.
Try removing the cover for the lamp, and bending the little piece of metal forward.

It worked for me!!!!

It could be a bad voltage board, which is not supplying enough power to the lamp.
