You have a clogged pump.Find access to inside the machine,locate the pump and clean it out.

take off bottom cover at front of machine, unscrew round drawer type thing, water will drain out , pull out the whole thing and unclog it. u have 2 do this frequently if u live in a hard water area. mine does this 2 !!!! its easy 2 sort but a bit of a pain as u need a shallow tray 2 fit under 4 the water. hope this helped.
