Click Start
Click Control Panel
Click System
Click Hardware
Click Device Manager
Double-click the audio-device
Click 'install" or "update" or "re-install"
Allow Windows to access the Internet to do a search for an updated device-driver.

has it had an update lately ? do you get sound out of the head phone socket ? when the laptop is turn'd on do you get a crackle on the speakers going into startup. ?

My toshiba laptop got lost the sound


Use Control panel then Device Manager to update driver. Check sound settings program. Use uninstall feature to allow computer to
find audio module and reload driver, then update driver.

I have a problem about my audio driver. the model of my laptop is toshiba dynabook cx/45e. can you pls help me?


Your computer should have came with a CD that has her audio driver on it. Insert into CD-ROM drive and install your audio driver. You can also go to Toshiba's website and download the audio driver there. Please rate me for assisting you today. Thank you and have a great day. :-)

My speaker are going in and out and sound muffled how can i fix this


Hi,

Try to update the audio driver of your laptop.

> Download the audio driver of your laptop from the manufacturer's website (example: toshiba.com) then install it. It will overwrite and update the current audio driver of your laptop with later version.

> After you updated the audio driver, restart the laptop and check if that solves the problem.

No audio


Open your computer then boot to safe mode(press F8), go to add/remove programs then uninstall the toshiba audio driver, also check on the Device Manager if it is still there then uninstall it. Reboot the computer to normal mode then install the toshiba audio driver again. Be sure to have the correct driver downloaded.

Regarding about sound card on my laptop


Right click on may computer and go to properties.
go to hardware tab and click harware devices.
Right click on sound Driver or Multimedia Audio Device and Click update driver.

give the path to downloaded Driver if it pick up the sound will work.
If it dont that means you dont have the reletive driver.
search the new driver and install by the above process.
