Tv is only a month old. We had this problem before but fixed it the last time, can't remember how we did it though. When we press info, it says Shop Mode, but on the menu, it says Dynamic.

  • Lbegin3 May 24, 2008

We unplugged the TV also and let it sit for about 5 minutes before turning it back on. Didn't help the situation though.

Try a hard reset first:
Unplug TV from power source and undo all cabling. Wait about 5 minutes and replug and redo cabling.

Please try this first and let me know how it goes..

Probably best call the manufacturer or the store, as your Tv will still be under warranty..

    MMS retreival

Mobile phones take and display pictures in a wide variety of resolutions and file formats. Many phones can't display some of these pictures from different models because their display resolution is not compatible.

Do you have this problem on every MMS received (from different users), or is this an intermittent problem?

It sounds like you are receiving an MMS forwarding message, where the content of the message is actually stored on a web server that you log into with the information that was forwarded to you.

Please check the following MMS settings on your phone and verify that they match:

From the standby screen, press the Menu Key.

    Scroll to "Settings," press Select.

    Scroll to "WebAccess," press Select.

Scroll to "Web Sessions," press Select.

Scroll to "Cingular MMS" press Menu.

    (if not there select "new")

    Scroll to "Edit," press Select.

By not bothering purchasing ringtones from Cingular. Purchase "Motorola Phone Tools" and let her create her own ring tones. :) It will save you money in the long run, BELIEVE me.
