The purifier quit working (by 2 users)

I replaced the purifier plate, but the purifier will only briefly come on for 1-3 seconds then it goes off. Do you have a solution to this problem?

I have the same problem.

I have the same problem...the unit will not stay running and will not operate on the high mode.

Suggest a new solution for this problem
