Jenomi 392 sweing machine bobin thread is not coming up

Be sure to install a brand new needle. Needles should be changed frequently as bent/damaged,worn needles will cause problems with the stitching quality.

Remove all the thread.

ALWAYS RAISE the presser foot and rethread from the beginning. Verify the thread path is correct.

Set the upper tension to the midway point between high & low number.

Bring the bobbin thread up before beginning to stitch.
How and Why to Bring up the Bobbin Thread

If it still will not bring up the thread, then it most likely has a timing issue. Take it for service.

What size bobbin do I need?

Consult your owner's manual. It should tell you which bobbins work in your machine. There are many, many bobbins on the market, so you need to be sure you have the right one for your machine.

You can probably also search the internet for:
Machine Manufacturer + Model + the word "bobbin"

and you might find a supplier of bobbins for your machine. You can also try visiting a local dealer for your machine. P.S.--you'll need to know the model of your machine.

My brother Disney sewing and embroidery se- 270d makes load noise and stopes tangles thread and material

I was just telling someone else that I recently learned from the sewing goddesses that be (at my local Hancock's Fabric Store)--that--you have to use the right bobbin. I mean plastic if your machine came with plastic. Class 65/ 55 (I think those are the numbers) as to match the machine's design. Use metal if your machine came with metal.

the bobbin case is weighted "just so" in order to be sure to run smoothly with the particular bobbin type.

Of course, the top tension and bottom tensions must be checked as well.

You could have some stuff stuck in the bobbin encasing thingy (it has two black tapered lever arms that you can move about 15 degrees to the outside and the case encasement pops out).

Call some local dealers and tell them what you are looking for. I,m sure one of them will have it,maybe even in stock. It's not always easy to know which bobbin case you need ( especially Kenmores) so be prepared to take in the old bobbin case or the bobbin or even the sewing machine for ready Identification.
Some helps; If your bobbin has holes all the way around then you probably have a standard case with a finger sticking up which you can get from any dealer. If you have a solid bobbin and a wrinkle finish paint on the machine you have an older machine and the dealer may have to order it for you. Be aware there are 2 different sizes of this bobbin case. You must get the right one for it to work.
