Generic problem for all Washing Machines

Hotpoint washing machine WT 640 1040 spin

Used machine once on 40 degree wash. OK Now flashing up F6, unplugged and plugged in again, flashing F10. Should have done my research before buying, seems there are not so good. No can't do any washing at all.

Any ideas, can't find these Fault Codes in Manual. Not very logical or handy either.

- downloaded Hotpoints list for washing machines, F10 - no cold fill, check the taps are on or if the drain hoses are kinked, every thing else points to - Book a Service Engineer. This a new machine and used once only - disgusting. Should have paid the money and got a Miele. My only worry now is that I have a new Hotpoint gas cooker on the way, heaven help me!
