Your problem is definatly caused by air entering freezer either from the ice shute flap or door not sealing correctly, try putting a bright torch in frezzer and closing door look for light escaping around edge of door, if you can see the light then change door seal, the fault cannot be anything else. From your description, you have a bad evaporator fan motor. The part number for a replacement motor is #5304445861.This is not a direct replacement but is more reliable.Remove everything in the freezer, take off the back panels and you will see the fan.
If there is a large frost buildup on the coils and the fan is turning you have a defrost problem. If that is the case, please call me at 334-347-0000 and I will walk you through it.

That is pretty unusual unless you live in a humid area. Some units have a switch that allows you to adjust for this and it simply defrosts every 12 instead of 24 hours. Also, the fan that cools the coils under the unit may not be running at normal speed since the warmth of the coils and the fan generally suffice to return the accumulated water into the air. You are right to check the door seals since if these are no longer seating well, external humidity will be gathered by the cooling coils and subsequently become the water collected below that is plaguing you.
