If your memory card is showing memory card corrupted both on the phone and your computer, then it means there is a problem with the memory card. Most likely the memory card would have been corrupted by a virus.
What You will have to do is to try to run an anti virus scan on the memory card. To do so, when You connect the memory card to the phone, You will have to right click on the memory card, then select scan using the anti virus of Your choice. Then it will scan the memory card and wipe out all corrupted files and viruses.
After doing so You can format the memory card before using it again.
If it does not work, then it means the memory card is damaged beyond repairs.
I think your memory card is corrupted or has a bad sector. As a result, you can't you can save a new file. Otherwise you can test your device by insert a new and okay memory if you can do anything in new memory card then you will be damn sure the previous memory card is become fixed memory or corrupted. thanks
there can be two reasons for this 1. there is a problem with your phones card slot: for this u will have to check if any other card works with it or not! 2. the memory card might be dead or corrupted: for this put the card in a card reader and check it! it its the first problem show your phone in a mobile repair center or closest Nokia care. and if its the second problem replace the faulty memory card! reply and rate!!
first you have to format your memory card by memory card reader if you haven't than contact the related person that it have. other wise your memory card has expired and corrupted. buy a new memory card
You mean the card reader fails to work when the memory card(MMC) is inserted? Is this what you mean? Check if you can get hold of a recovery program that comes bundled with digital camera it might work. Corrupted memory cards abound, on some unreliable brand, specially when it reaches its maximum capacity.
