The system seems tohang up , make sure that there are no conflicting downloads done recently , if so uninstall them, clean up your system, files, defragment, use a registry cleaner, anti virus scan and finally restore to an earlier date.
This must make the system faster and cleaner

I accidentally deleted the installer of my toshiba satellite m35x - s109 touchpad...now the touchpad is no longer working and the 2 buttons below it...please help

hi flyrech,
You can just your touchpad needs a driver for it to work fine again. Here's the link:

http://www.driversforfree.com/omn_ofm_omd/toshiba/satellite/m35x-s109/drivers.aspx

Just download and install the "Toshiba Alps touchpad driver".
Hope this helps, inform me this is solution effective or not. Thanks.

Touchpad is not working - TOSHIBA Satellite A135-2386

Hey there... :D

Could you try the Fn+F9 Key to Disable/Enable your touchpad mouse?

Because just now i've experiencing the same problem as you guys... and turns out I can make my touchpad working just by pressing the Fn+F9 key.

Note: if your Fn key is not working try installing Toshiba utilities for A135 called FlashCard, run the program and there will be a dropdown menu at the upperside of your screen...
then click on F9 >> and choose Enable.... Thats It... :)

I hope it also solved your problem... :D

Touchpad scroll not working

Check to see that the program is still installed that manages that feature:

"C:\Program Files\Apoint2K\Appoint.exe"

If it still exists, you need to run that EXE to get scrolling back. To make sure this happens automatically at start-up, add a shortcut to the "StartUp" menu of Programs\All Users, or run msconfig and ensure it is enabled in the Startup section.

If it does not exist, you need to reinstall dual-pointing device (or whatever touchpad you have) from the Toshiba website, for your specific PC.
