Re: WATER COMING OUT FROM DOOR AND DRAWER
On this washer the seal was replaced ?Did it stop leaking after the seal was put in ? Front load hatch on this is in front area located on the bottom(base).Remove the front to gain access and you can now reach the pump and look for any blockage. After you have found and removed the blockage, run the washer again and if any water leaks remain call your local servicer .You may have a bad front boot (seal) or its just loosened and it need to be re- tightened.Any water leak should be repaired ASAP so you dont have even more damage to the machine and your home.If the repairman cant stop the leak on his first visit than have the Boot replaced on his second visit.

Hi, if the washer is overfilling this could happen. This would involve a pressure switch. Also, the boot inside the door could be torn at the bottom. Does it leak in the wash cycle. Inspect the boot by opening the door, pull the rubber back and use a flashlight to inspect it.
Was water poring out of the drawer when the appliance was in spin?if so then possible cause is that the appliance hasnt draqined its water first. It is trying to spin with water in drum and it has to go somewhere.
Is the appliance overfilling? Water level should just come to the bottom of the door but if you see it rising up to the top of the door then you have a problem with the water level sensor (or a blockage)
From experience with the type of fault you have i would say that its not draining all the water before spin. If you have a pump out function then do this a few times until ALL the water has drained. put a large towel in front of bthe filter and unscrew filter cover and check for a blockage. If you cant find anything then you may need to call a engineer
This could be a partially or completely seized/failed pump.
Before a machine goes in to a spin cycle, it runs the pump to empty all the water out. It used to be quite common that the machine does not check all the water has gone before spinning, it just runs the pump for a set time which if the pump is okay, is long enough to empty it.
If a spin is then started with quite a lot of water left in the drum, it gets thrown everywhere including back out of the powder/conditioner draw. Also the sheer strain of spinning a large amount of water can force water through an otherwise okay door seal.
Unless you are comfortable working on the machine yourself, call an engineer.
no you should not need to spend any money on this . it sounds like the hose going from the back of the soap draw to the drum may be blocked just boil your kettle and pour it into the draw if this clears the blockage you wil see steam in the drum then put more hot water about another 2 kettles full down the draw and push the draw in and operate machine on the spin cycle. if the blockage is still there take off the lid you will see the hose from the back of the soap box and sqeeze it this should release the blockage
The detergent/softner dispenser is located above the detergent drawer.
A water pipe is connected to it and water entrance and distribution to drawer's cells (following the programmed cycle)are
done by a lever's movement (part of the dispenser). The lever movement is controlled by two solenoids that received their power from the timer.
By opening upper machine's cover you will have an access to the dispenser.
Disconnect the power cable from the machine before moving to next step !!!!
Look first that they are not any disconnected wires.
Move manually dispenser's lever and see if water running to all cells (depend on your movement). In case it doesn't work properly remove the unit from the machine and try to clean it (I hope it will help, otherwise you should replace the unit).
In case it works properly (manually) - you should test with a multi-tester solenoid's resistance. the one that doesn't have a resistance measurement should be replaced.
Good luck !!
during the rinse the machine uses a higher level of water, therefore check the door seal for holes,if the water is leaking from the soap drawer in the spin then this suggests that you may have a blockage in the outlet hose or in the sump filter, to check the filter remove the sump hose, the filter is hidden in the hose.
