Hi There!

It just takes a little bravado or lack of the fear gene. Go to the link below and read your Service Manual from start to where you get to tighten the hinges. It's as far as you have to go and will take a very small flat bladed screw driver, and a #0 Phillips head.

If you're willing to learn, set your mind toward patience, and seek new help and knowledge through Googling a few searches on stuff you're not sure on, you'll do GREAT!

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of.(from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones)
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

Booting problem

Try putting the computer into safe mode by holding down on the F8 button and selecting safe mode during the boot process. Once you get to the safe mode screen and windows appears, restart the computer.

If that doesn't fix the problem you will have to restore Windows.

Memory upgrade

it's underneath the computer, behind a small panel held down by 1 or two screws..open that panel up, and either add the memory or remove what's in there, and replace it..make sure you are wiped clean from ESD(electrostatic discharge) before you touch them.
