Rear river side power door lock on 2006 hyundai sonata not working. Power locks working on all other doors. Is this a faulty power lock actuator for that specific door?

Yes, probably, but before you pull off the inner panel, check for broken wires in that rear door opening. You might luck out and find a broken wire for the lock. Then probably won't have to pull the inner panel off.

I have a 2002 q45 and my driver side window won't come up but the rest of my windows do

Drivers window gets the most use, so wears out sooner. Check first for bad switch, broken wire in door hinge area. Next, remove inner door panel to check motor and wiring. Sometimes oil and grease may fix the issue.

Oil filter came off will that cause the motor to sound like something broken in it ?

yes. if you ran the car without a oil filter it was being run without lubrication. this subjects the crank and cams and pistons to incredible friction and heat. also, newer cars can have hydraulic valve lifters and timing belt tensioners. no oil means no oil pressure. no oil pressure means that those lifters aren't lifting and the tensioner is slack. you may have broken anything from a lifter to a piston rod or damaged the piston itself.

Oil pressure on in dash of car

It's one of 3 things: 1, you are very low on engine oil - add some quick. 2, your oil sensor is broken - it usually leaks when broken so you will notice oil on the ground after you park. Get it replaced - they are relatively cheap. 3, your oil pump is broken inside your engine - hopefully this isn't the case, because it is costly to replace.

Oil pump not pump oil Car was running normally and suddenly stopped. Discovered oil was not being pumped through the engine. Engine is a 3.1 liter. Any suggestions about removing the oil pan.

sounds that the oil pump is broken either the outside sprocket is broken or the pressure valve is stuck or inside the oil pump . You have to remove the sump and solve the problem.

Oil lamp continuously on despite oil change

When the oil lamp lights - it means there's no oil pressure. This can be even with dipstick oil level at the maximum mark. No oil pressure can be caused by a broken oil pump or the oil pump suction pipe clogged up or loose in the oil sump.

Also the oil pressure sensor can be broken - Check it from the sensor, connector and the cable onwards.

In any case get this issue fixed before driving too far.

I have a yz 450f and there is no sight window or dip stick even were u put the oil in how do i no how much oil to put in it or even to check the oil ?

there should be a dip stick, depending on the model there are a couple of places it could be, up on the frame or hanging off the fill cap, yours may have broken off.
They hold aprox 1.1 litres, but you may need to buy a dip stick.

How do i replace the oil gauge window on my zzr1100

hi, you can do this with the case still fitted to the machine, but it may be best to remove the case to save any broken glass contaminating the oil, with care break the glass and prise out the old window, take care not to damage the hole the glass sits in, clean up before fitting the new glass, some glass windows come with a band of sealent around them , if this is not the case, apply a small amount of sealent not silecone, and carfully push in the new window untill home, take care not to damage the window outer ring keep checking as you push in that it is square and allter position by pushing on opposite end until square, easy job, requires some finness

Just bought it used. no owner's manual. how do i check the oil level?

Here is the most accurate way to check the oil on your R-RT.

Ride bike till it is fully warmed up - 10 minutes
Park bike on side stand for 10 minutes or longer.... overnight.
Put bike on center stand and look at oil level window on lower left side of engine. Oil level should be inside the red circle. Do not overfill!!

The absolute best time to check the oil is when the engine is cold and all oil has drained out of oil cooler and lines into the engine sump. Usually before riding... Once properly broken in, your engine will consume very little oil.
