I purchased a Handspring Visor Delux from an estate sale. It was never used, but the serial number was taken off of the unit, and the disk was lost.
I tried to find a driver downloadon-line, but the serial number is needed. I took the Visor apart, because I was told the Serial # would be inside, there was a 14 digit something embedded on it. I tried to use it , but it said it was not valid.
Where can I get a start-up disk for this unit??? Can anybody help me???? The cheaper priced download would be greatly appreciated.

I used to have the palm pilot but never really liked using it... but I always loved the desktop version that was used to synchronize the info. It was so simple to use as an address book. I still have the installation CD and I still use it on my Windows Vista believe it or not. Is there a way that I can update the software to the newest version without buying the actual hand held palm pilot? The installation CD color is green and it says 1999-2000 Handspring, Inc - part no. 50-0115-00. I don't mind paying for the software if I have to. Thank you for your help! Terri
