Question about Acer Aspire 5050-3242 Notebook
My inbuild orbicam not working,
i tried with installing Orbicam, suriyan, logitech drivers nothing works.
Camera devices not recoginsed in device manger, it showing as 'unknown device' under USB controllers. i have searched the world over with far too many times failing to work.
i could not upload drivers via device manager. Can someone help me to resolve the problem.
thanks in advance.
Try downloading the Crystal Eye Webcam Driver for the Aspire 4710Z model and install the drivers and the application that comes with the drivers.that pretty much solved the problem for me.I also installed webcam max software to make sure it would work with third party appz.it seems the orbicam software is the one causing the problem.

Hi if you are using WinXP install SP2 so that your Cam is recognized and then install the corresponding driver for the Cam .

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
