Acer Aspire 5050-3242 - Orbicam Not working

-   I have the same problem, but my operating system is windows vista. My cam has never worked since i had the computer (1 year) and I never took it in. None of the drivers I have installed work either.-   schreff

-   My Acer Aspire 5050, acer obicam is currently not working.
I bought my laptop about two years ago, and it crashed on me, so i had to put it in a repair shop. I just recently got it back (i know, what a long wait!) and they had to put new everything in it. now the acer orbi cam is no longer on the main screen. I've been through this WHOLE computer. Every file, every program, tried the search program, everything. Nothing leads me to fixing it, or even showing it as part of the computer. i need my webcam! i have many friends that i keep & touch with, most importantly my family. help with this problem! & fast! -   lmwhatley
