Question about Nokia 6650 Cellular Phone
This problem is due to the signal wavelength by the network provider in San Francisco.Since the signal level is above or below the limit level, it automatically shuts down to prevent any damage to the receiver.
Try resetting the phone *#7780# NOKIA Factory Reset (Hard Reset).(default code is 12345).
If still the problem priest call the network provider customer care.
