Question about Sharp VC-A411U VHS VCR
Yikes, that is very unfortunate, it sounds like internal hardware malfunction for sure. Try to power cycle again, completely unplugging for at least 30 seconds and hitting a few buttons while unplugged to drain capacitors. Then plug in, immediately turn on, and right away try to EJECT the tape in there. Let me know if you can at least get that out. From there, since it is such a new machine, you will want to contact Sharp and try to file a warranty claim on this VCR, it is definitely experiencing hardware failure.
Let me know!
