Question about Bose Audio Players & Recorders
Try it on another unit, yours or a friends. Problem most likely if on all DVD's etc is unit. The most common reason for this is optical unit in DVD etc goes bad.
If the DVD's play well on someone else unit, the unit you are using is the problem.
The optical unit in these units is not worth replacing--cost of entire unit is less than repair will be.
