I cannot open my yahoo email?

If you're having problems loading the Yahoo Mail web client, I suggest clearing your browser's cookies and cache. That will reset the logins and sessions in your browser, as well as clearing some temporarily stored files that are cached to speed up browsing. By doing that, you're going to be logged out of any websites, but it will often fix strange glitches with websites.
To clear your cookies and cache in Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome, hold Ctrl and Shift and press Delete while still holding them. Choose the time range of "everything" or "all time" and only check the Cookies and Cache boxes to delete. If you're using Internet Explorer, the process is different for the version you are using. You can find details for all versions of Internet Explorer at this link:
Once your cookies and cache are cleared, try going to Yahoo Mail again and log in. It should now work.

My yahoomail wont open

Most of the time, the internet browser is the problem when a page won't load up. If you're accessing your Yahoo! Mail everyday, there will come a time that your browser will be filled out with cookies and cache.

However, you must try to isolate first, to make sure that the problem is the browser and not the Yahoo! Mail sign in page. Here are the things that you may try:

1. Try to use different internet browser and access your Yahoo! Mail. If the sign in page loads up, then it's the browser.

2. Try to access the Yahoo! Mail in a different computer that is connected to a different network.

If the problem is only happening in one browser, then it's the browser. You may try to clear the cookies and cache. Here's how:

* For Internet Explorer
- Open your IE > Tools > Internet Options
- Click the "Delete" button under the browsing history.
- Select cookies, internet files, etc.
- Select "Delete All".
- Close and re-open your IE.
- Try to access your Yahoo! Mail.

* For Mozilla Firefox
- Open Firefox > Tools > Clear Recent History.
- Select cookies, cache, browsing and download, etc.
- Click on "Clear Now"
- Close and re-open your Firefox
- Try to access your Yahoo! Mail.

Thank you and good luck!

Clear your browser's cache/temporary files and cookies to try to solve this problem. In Internet Explorer 7, you can click Tools > Delete Browsing History. Then click Delete Files and Delete Cookies.

In Firefox 3, you can click Tools > Clear Private Data... Leave only the Cache and Cookies boxes checked, then click Clear Private Data Now.
