Maza 323 radiator fan rotating direction

the direction of fan rotation will be on the motor body but check that th curved edge ( leading edge) of the fan blade is facing the radiator and that air is being pulled through th radiator. THe motors are dc operation and can spin in both directions and the fans themselves are made to fit in front of the radiator( a/c fan) and blow air through the radiator. So checking these points is necessary

Single phase appliances only turn in one direction. Try cleaning your condenser to get better air circulation. Sounds like your compressor went out on head pressure.

Ceiling fan does not blow air

I would guess that the blades are on upside down. Ceiling fans are not supposed to work the same as desk fans though. The idea is not to create a strong flow of air but to create a "cooling breeze" by speeding the convection currents. They work better when they are running slowly (like you see in the old movies)

My lasko tower fan gets power n wont blow air

The bearings on the motor are dry and need oil. It's really not made to be oiled, but you may be able to take it apart and get some oil to the bearings if you want to mess with it.

Blower motor wont start

Every air conditioner is equipped with at least two motors, the compressor and the fan motor. It is possible for the fan motor to be defective and the compressor to be running. If this is the case the unit will appear to be running and may even sound "normal" but no air is blowing out the front or back of the unit. If, after removing the cover of the unit you discover the fan blade is very stiff and difficult to rotate, the fan motor should be replaced. If the fan blade turns freely the circuit powering the fan motor will require electrical troubleshooting. It may be necessary to have a qualified technician locate the cause of the problem, which may be either a problem with the capacitor, the selector switch or the motor itself.

Yes. It should blow out the top. The rotation of the fan does determine the direction of air. Either have the motor replaced and indicate the direction of rotation.
