There Should be a Pin Hole infront of your optical Drive if you poke it with a needle long enough to push the gear, it should eject the tray. assuming something is stick inside, it may release what ever is stuck in there but if the issue still happens then probably the gears aren't working properly anymore and may need replacing the optical drive / player
This happend to me once, I opend my optical drive myself and found out that some of my gears are broken.
