How do i delete ALL pictures on memory card?

Format the card. This should be done each time you finish downloading pictures to your computer. This prevents fragmentation and other potential problems that could cause you to lose valuable pictures.

It seems some programe or driver having problme with sp3. try to using system restore to restore it with previous version saved.
Or you can make a thorough scanning with anti virus software installed.. as there may be some infected files with your sp 3 installation.

Digital TV will do that when antenna does not receive sufficient signal.  You may need a different antenna or have to aim your current antenna differently. Go to for more info.

KV36XBR400 fragmented picture horizontal overlapping lines

this will continue to degrade, almost any failure that can be affected or temporarily cleared up by hitting the set is caused by bad solder joints.

A good shop should be able to find and fix the bad solder connections for probably a little under $100
if you bring it to them and pick it up.
